We offer delivery to most addresses in the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey) and we do not accept orders which require delivery to addresses outside the United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

In order to provide you with the best quality service, we ship all orders with tracking, allowing you to follow the progress of your order from our headquarters to your destination country.
Standard UK shipping costs £5 for orders below £20.00, any orders above that value are shipped free of charge.
The normal processing time for orders is 24 hours during business days (MON-FRI).
Delivery is free on orders of £35 or more.*
The standard delivery cost for orders of less than GBP 50.00 will be £5.

The availability of each game is shown on its product description page. Most instock items are dispatched (leave our fulfillment center) within 1 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays in the UK) of when the order is placed.
The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

If an item you ordered is missing parts or instructions, please contact Customer Services.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about the product, you may return un-opened items bought on our website within 30 days of delivery and receive a replacement or refund. For a return or replacement request, please contact Customer Services.
You will need to pay the costs of return for the Products. Billionaire Board Games will pay the costs of return if:
- (a) the Product is faulty or misdescribed; or
- (b) you are ending the contract because we have told you of an upcoming material change to the products and/or services or the Terms of Use, an error in pricing or description, a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.
In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
Please allow 14 days to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed. If we are unable to send a replacement due to high demand and limited quantities, we will issue a refund instead.
If you return an order that was placed with a promotional code, discount, or offer, you will be refunded for the amount you paid after the discount was applied.
